1. Replace high quality hydraulic oil
Before changing the hydraulic oil, you must pay attention to the quality of the hydraulic oil. The quality of hydraulic oil on the market is uneven. If inferior hydraulic oil is used, the hydraulic components will be damaged. Therefore, you should not choose cheap oil. Clean quality hydraulic oil should be replaced.

2. Do not start the engine without filling up the oil
There are many places to be aware of when changing hydraulic fluids for excavators. For example, when the fuel tank is not full, the hydraulic pump and motor are not filled with oil, remember not to start the engine, otherwise it will cause harm to people around.

3. First of all, to ensure the safety of the oil change process
In order to ensure the safety of the process of replacing the hydraulic oil, there are several precautions that cannot be ignored. First, the stopper must be placed in front of and behind the track, and the swing mechanism is inserted with the lock pin. Secondly, when the stick, the boom, the swing mechanism, etc. are running, it is impossible to stand within the range of motion to ensure the safety around. Third, smoking and open flames are prohibited at the oil change operation site.

4. Special attention should be paid to the disassembly and assembly of pipe joints
The tubing connector needs to be removed and installed during the complete replacement of the hydraulic fluid. It is best to wear protective glasses when handling. Try to avoid the direction of the oil drain of the joint and confirm that the pipeline is not relieved before disassembling. When disassembling, special care should be taken not to damage the joints and threads of the hydraulic system fittings.

5. Hydraulic pump and hydraulic cylinder exhaust
After filling the hydraulic fluid and connecting the fittings, the residual air in the hydraulic pump and cylinder must be drained again. If not discharged, residual air can cause poor lubrication, vibration, noise, and performance degradation.

6. Replace the hydraulic oil to be completed on the day
It is best to replace the hydraulic oil of the excavator on the same day. Do not continue to change after one night, because the temperature will drop at night, the moisture in the air will easily form water vapor, condense into water droplets or frost, and metal parts will form corrosion after entering the system.
