Today, I will tell you ten excavator safety instructions.

Excavator Safety Instructions

.The excavator transfer site is transported by flatbed trailer.

.When the excavator walks and the work site is soft, it should be padded with a sleeper or a block. The marsh area must first be treated as a subgrade or replaced with a dedicated track shoe.

.It is strictly forbidden to excavate rock or frozen soil of level 5 and above without blasting.

.Excavator excavation work, except for loose soil, the working surface shall not exceed the maximum excavation height and depth specified by the machine performance. During the operation, the track of the excavator should be at least 1~1.5 meters away from the edge of the working face.

.Before starting, check the working device, the traveling mechanism, various safety protection devices, hydraulic transmission components, electrical devices, etc., and confirm that they are ready to start.

.There must be no pedestrians or obstacles in the work area. The first sound should be issued before excavation, and multiple excavation tests should be carried out to confirm that the operation is normal before starting work.

.When large hard stones or obstacles are encountered, they must be removed before excavation. Do not use buckets to crush stones, frozen soil or harden with one-sided teeth.

.Protective measures should be taken when excavating cliffs. There should be no loose rock on the work surface. If there is a risk of landslides, dispose of them immediately or evacuate the excavator to a safe place.

.At work, you must stop the body and then dig the soil. The bucket should not rise or fall too fast. Do not hit the frame or track when descending.

.When loading a truck, the bucket should be lowered as much as possible and must not hit any part of the car. Do not load the vehicle until the vehicle has stopped or the bucket has to pass through the cab and the driver has not left.
